Director, Strategic Insights

This pivotal role is responsible for delivering human-centered, data-driven insights that shape events, philanthropy, and volunteerism, ultimately driving awareness, engagement, brand love, and retention. The Director translates the American Cancer Society’s strategic goals into actionable research plans, with a strong focus on events, stewardship, and volunteerism. A key aspect of this position involves partnering with business owners and cross-functional teams to ensure that data-driven insights are central to decision-making, fostering innovation, and continuous improvement across the organization. Responsibilities include leading research initiatives that inform ACS’s brand strategy and mission impact, translating complex data into actionable insights, tracking the impact of insights on organizational performance, and identifying emerging trends and opportunities for ACS’s brand and mission.
