Define and own the SEO roadmap, technical standards, and innovation for HIP and Neon Canvas.
Lead the function's P&L, pricing, and growth alongside sales and leadership.

What You'll Do:

Own organic outcomes, client retention, and delivery margin across 500+ accounts.
Merge teams, tooling, and reporting into a single operating model.
Drive GEO/AEO strategy and AI enablement across the SEO teams.

Who We're Looking For:

A leader of leaders with 2+ years as Director of SEO at a similar agency.
Proven experience unifying two brands and managing multi-client SEO at scale.
Commercially literate and energized by emerging AI search trends.

Compensation and Benefits:

Base pay plus variable compensation.
