Job Description
As an Automation Developer with expertise in UIPath and Agentic AI skills, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing automated processes using UIPath and advanced AI capabilities to enhance business operations. You will work closely with various stakeholders to analyze business requirements and translate them into effective, autonomous, automated workflows. Your role is pivotal in driving process automation initiatives to improve productivity, streamline operations, and leverage AI for intelligent decision-making across the organization.
Key responsibilities include designing, developing, testing, and deploying Robotic Process Automation (RPA) solutions using UIPath, integrating agentic AI elements. You will also collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements, document and map existing business processes, conduct testing on RPA solutions and agentic AI integrations, and provide training and support to end-users and project teams.
