About the Role:
- Drive execution of complex technical programs that allow our security posture and culture to scale.
- Own strategic planning, program execution, and cross-functional coordination.
- Influence security strategy and drive alignment across Engineering, Compliance, and People Ops.
Required Qualifications:
- 5+ years of hands-on experience in Security Technical Program Management.
- Experience managing programs to support SOC 2, HIPAA, and/or HITRUST frameworks.
- Expert skills in project management tools and practices.
