About the Role:

• This is a key team management position for a Data Engineering Manager who will mentor and coach a global team of data engineers and scientists.
• You will drive technical excellence, foster cross-functional synergy, and ensure high-impact project delivery.

• Manage a global team of Data Engineers and Scientists, providing mentorship, performance reviews, and career pathing.
• Promote a culture of technical evangelism, coaching team members to synthesize complex architectures into business strategies.
• Own resource allocation for a diverse portfolio of projects, ensuring the right talent is matched to high-impact initiatives.

What You'll Bring:

• 5+ years in professional services or technical consulting, with at least 1–3 years in a leadership or management capacity.
• Proven success in coaching and mentoring experienced technical resources.
• Exceptional ability to communicate with both executive-level stakeholders and technical individual contributors.
