Data Engineering Manager

About the Role:

• Collaborate with product managers, data analysts, and ML engineers to develop pipelines and ETL tasks.
• Establish data architecture processes and practices that are scheduled, automated, and replicated.
• Manage individual Data Engineers to foster learning, growth, and success.

Who You Are:

• Foremost an engineer with at least 5 years of industry experience as a data engineer.
• An expert in Python and fluent in SQL, with experience developing maintainable data pipelines.
• An experienced people manager, accountable for the growth and success of your reports.
