Senior Engineering Manager, Data Foundations

About the Role:

• Iterate and evolve the application data schema.
• Take ownership of the application’s data model.
• Establish a logical data ontology.

• How quickly product development teams can ship features.
• How fast they are able to scale the 3rd party ecosystem.
• How well the platform supports new customers and use cases.

What You’ll Do:

• Own Onebrief’s data model, schema, and evolution strategy.
• Lead large-scale architectural change.
• Partner closely with product, platform & infrastructure teams.

What We Look For:

• 10+ years total engineering experience.
• 4+ years directly managing software/data engineering teams.
• Proven experience designing and scaling data-intensive systems.
