Content Designer

Role:

• Craft content for the Hometap Investment application and final process, plus occasional documents or product emails.
• Partner closely with product designers, identifying customer pain points, sharing design directions, and polishing microcopy.
• Create content solutions that drive business goals while balancing team resources, regulatory requirements, product scalability, and user experience best practices.

Responsibilities:

• Improve existing experiences through UX, IA, and microcopy recommendations.
• Use systems thinking to ensure content complements marketing, customer experience, and sales processes.
• Adhere to, and help evolve, Hometap’s content standards and processes.

Requirements:

• 3–5 years of professional experience crafting user-centric content at a software company.
• Exceptional command of the English language and familiarity with the AP Stylebook.
• A strong understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies.
