Senior Product Manager, Investigation & Troubleshooting

About the Role:

• This role owns the diagnostic experience for Temporal users when things are not working as expected.
• You'll define how developers debug workflows and trace execution across the distributed system.
• High-leverage work will reduce mean-time-to-resolution which directly impacts customer trust and developer productivity.

What You'll Do:

• You will be owning the roadmap for workflow debugging and diagnostic tooling.

-You will be partnering with SDK teams to surface actionable debugging context from workers and activities.

• You will be defining and evolving APM integrations to meet customers where their observability stack already lives.

What You Bring:

• You bring deep expertise in observability systems with practical experience in distributed tracing, log correlation, and debugging tools.
• You have experience with AI/ML applications in observability or debugging contexts.
• You have a developer-empathetic product management style with strong technical communication skills.
