Data Support Analyst (India)

About the Role:

• You will serve as a primary point of contact for ad-hoc data requests from Sales and internal teams.
• You will use SQL, Databricks, Count, and spreadsheets to investigate and fulfill data needs.

Responsibilities:

• Fulfill ad-hoc data and reporting requests with clear, accurate outputs.
• Investigate data discrepancies and resolve issues or escalate with documentation.
• Support routine data maintenance and identify opportunities for self-service.

Desired Skills:

• 3–6 years of experience in data analysis or similar role with strong SQL skills.
• Experience with modern data tools like Databricks and advanced spreadsheet skills.
• Ability to translate ambiguous requests and explain findings to non-technical stakeholders.
