Responsibilities:
- Partner with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into scalable data models, dashboards, and insights.
- Design, develop, and analyze data solutions that transform raw data into meaningful information for decision-making.
- Develop and maintain dashboards and reports with strong focus on usability, performance, and data accuracy.
Required Experience and Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field with 6+ years of experience in dashboard development and data analytics.
- Minimum 2 years hands-on experience with TIBCO Spotfire dashboard development and administration.
- Strong SQL skills including functions, stored procedures, and security implementations.
Preferred Experience and Skills:
- Oil and gas industry experience is strongly preferred.
- Experience with AI-assisted development tools to improve efficiency and streamline documentation.
- Working knowledge of Databricks, GitHub, Python, R, and Salesforce.
