Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with Land Department teams (Division Order, Title, Owner Relations, etc.) to support advanced model and pipeline creation.
  • Coordinate with BI/IT and STAQ teams to implement table and code changes in Salesforce, Databricks, and AI pipelines.
  • Apply advanced statistical and analytical techniques to solve complex business problems and generate daily/weekly reports.

Required Experience:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, or related field.
  • 3+ years of coding experience with advanced SQL proficiency.
  • Proven experience in BI environment, code review, and mentoring peers.

Preferred Experience:

  • Working knowledge of Databricks ecosystem, including Lakehouse, SQL, notebooks, and Unity Catalog.
  • Familiarity with Oil and Gas Land Departments and CRM platforms like Salesforce.
  • Exposure to cloud-based analytics platforms and executive-level analytics support.
