Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with employees in EQT’s Land Department to ensure alignment with data models, pipelines, governance, and special projects.
  • Coordinate with internal BI/IT teams to implement table and code changes, and prioritize environment updates with the STAQ team.
  • Turn Claude Enterprise and AI capabilities into measurable Land outcomes and create a governed intake-to-delivery path for AI use cases.

Required Experience:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field, plus 3+ years of coding experience.
  • Advanced SQL proficiency and working knowledge of R for statistical analysis.
  • Proven experience delivering complex analytics solutions in a BI or enterprise environment with strong grounding in software development best practices.

Preferred Experience:

  • Working knowledge of Databricks ecosystem including Lakehouse architecture, PySpark, and Unity Catalog.
  • Familiarity with applied statistical learning, cloud-based analytics platforms, and CRM platforms like Salesforce.
  • Experience collaborating with Oil and Gas Land Departments and supporting strategic decision-making.

Work Environment:

  • Remote work considered excluding certain states (CA, CT, DE, IL, IN, LA, MA, MI, NJ, NY, TN) unless willing to relocate.
