Job Description
The Digital Support Manager will coordinate day-to-day operations and support services for assigned digital initiatives within the Department of Buildings (DOB). Reporting to the Director of Digital Support, this position helps implement process improvements, change management activities, and user support for key systems such as DOB NOW and related applications. Key responsibilities include program and project coordination, change management support, stakeholder engagement and user support, team collaboration, and process documentation & improvement. The position involves coordinating specific tasks and deliverables, assisting in monitoring timelines, supporting communication plans, acting as a point of contact for stakeholders, and maintaining up-to-date process documentation.
