New Team Leader, Growth Engineering

Growth Engineering is a small and scrappy team that’s responsible for driving user acquisition, accelerating our marketing teams, and managing the analytics systems that help the business make data-driven decisions. The team ensures that the first experiences a user has with Rocket Money are seamless, valuable, and delightful. As a Team Leader, you'll lead a small team that has a direct impact on their business. You'll support engineers in their growth and be accountable for team commitments. You will also make sprint commitments in partnership with Product. This role requires fostering strong working relationships with cross-functional counterparts where problems are addressed directly. The decisions are made based on what’s best for our users, team members, and business.
