Role Responsibilities:

  • Attend surgeries with new surgeon customers to provide technical guidance and optimize outcomes.
  • Conduct product training and education for surgeons and sales teams through didactic and cadaveric labs.
  • Partner with Product Management to ensure successful introductions of new product innovations into the market.
  • Establish enduring partnerships with surgeon customers to promote long-term satisfaction and retention.

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a science or related field preferred, or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
  • Three or more years of clinical or product specialist or field sales experience with a surgical implant company, or one-plus years as a member of an Operating Room surgical team.
  • Must reside in the assigned region and have previous operating room experience, with the ability to travel up to 70-90% including some weekends.
