Forward Deployed Engineer (Enterprise AI Solutions Architect)

Mission:

• Deliver production-ready technical solutions for Resilinc's most complex enterprise customers by turning ambiguous business, data, workflow, and AI deployment requirements into scalable, well-documented, supportable software and implementation patterns.
• Compress time-to-value for Resilinc's most complex customers while ensuring custom work becomes reusable learning.

What Success Looks Like:

• Reduce time-to-value and unblock strategic customer go-lives for complex enterprise deployments.
• Improve deployment quality and predictability while reducing long-term operational debt from custom work.
• Create reusable accelerators, templates, and implementation patterns and surface product gaps with clear recommendations.
