Sr. Data Scientist

The data science team at Mysten Labs is seeking a Sr. Data Scientist to focus on product analytics, data engineering, partnership measurement, and establishing best practices for measuring activity on the Sui Blockchain. This role offers an exciting opportunity to blend experiences in traditional web companies with web3, contributing to a dynamic new product area. The candidate will collaborate with product, engineering, and partnership teams to measure and report on product rollouts, chain health, and ecosystem behaviors. The work involves building descriptive dashboards and generating analyses for partners, requiring strong SQL and visualization skills. Data Engineering experience, including streaming high-volume data, data warehousing, and experience in using Python and Rust for logging, is highly valued. The candidate should have a deep interest in bringing web3 technologies to daily life and a collaborative approach to data analysis, working closely with data, engineering, product, and marketing teams.
