Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Leading high-volume creative testing at scale, using iteration frameworks.
- Launching and scaling high-budget Google Ads campaigns (mid-7 figures annually), focusing on Demand Gen, GDA, YouTube.
- Building and testing sophisticated campaign structures, bid strategies, and audience architectures.
Requirements:
- 4+ years of hands-on Google Ads experience with strong DTC results (subscription apps are a big plus).
- Experience managing budgets of $1M+ and significant scaling with CAC and LTV/CAC control.
- Strong expertise in bid strategies and audience strategy (intent layering, 1P data usage, segmentation, expansion).
Additional Information:
- The role involves monitoring performance KPIs in Google Ads and BI tools to turn data into actionable next steps.
- Collaboration with the PPC team for knowledge sharing and best practices occurs.
- The specialist will stay updated on auction dynamics and platform updates.
