Client Interaction:
- Capture client details and set up customized communications via CRM/WhatsApp.
- Craft engaging, informative, and motivational messages for clients.
- Monitor client progress and offer personalized guidance.
Relationship Building:
- Build authentic relationships by remembering personal milestones.
- Provide empathetic and supportive coaching to clients.
- Maintain consistent and genuine communication.
Qualifications:
- Must possess a Bachelor of Science in Dietetics or equivalent.
- Must have registration with the HPCSA (independent practicing dietitian).
- Advantageous to have experience in behavior change, overweight/obesity, and/or chronic conditions.
