Job Description
Define and document system architecture for critical services and evaluate tools and technologies to meet scaling needs. Create blueprints and diagrams that bring clarity to complex systems and provide technical leadership across product and engineering. Lead a team of 4–6 engineers across the full stack (React, Node.js, Express, Postgres). Drive architecture and implementation decisions for our core platform.
Partner with product and design to deliver user experiences that are fast, intuitive, and reliable. Ensure high standards for code quality, testing, and performance. Manage and evolve our AWS infrastructure (ECS, Lambda, S3, and related services). Coach and mentor engineers, helping them grow in both technical depth and ownership. Collaborate with leadership to align technical priorities with business goals.
