Creative Strategy:
- Lead the development of an integrated creative strategy that brings our brand, scientific narrative, and patient mission to life across all channels.
- Partner closely with Brand, Marketing, Medical Affairs, Market Access, and Corporate Communications to ensure creative work is aligned to corporate brand strategy.
- Champion inclusive, stigma-free storytelling that reflects diverse patient experiences.
Asset Management:
- Build and maintain a best-in-class asset library and design system (templates, guidelines, toolkits), enabling consistent execution across in-house teams and external agencies.
- Support internal communications and culture-building initiatives with high-impact creative.
-Translate science into compliant visuals/narratives.
Data and Optimization:
- Use insights and performance data from digital, social, and campaign analytics to iterate and optimize creative concepts, formats, and messaging over time.
