Role Overview:
- Lead UX and visual design across websites and digital experiences for multiple client engagements.
- Partner with strategy, production, engineering, and client stakeholders to define user experience and creative direction.

What You'll Bring:
- 5–7 years of UX/UI, Product, or Digital Design experience, ideally in an agency or consulting environment.
- 2+ years building production-ready websites in Webflow.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end ownership from UX strategy through Webflow implementation.

- Target hourly range $45–$65; if converted, annual base compensation $100,000–$125,000.
