Senior Executive Producer

The Athletic is looking for a Senior Executive Producer to spearhead the creative vision and production of video content led by our journalists. The successful applicant will be an experienced and collaborative video journalist who will work closely with our newsroom to create compelling video that will make our daily storytelling more visual and connect fans with our reporters on and off platform. To thrive in our fast-paced, complex environment, the Senior Executive Producer will require rock solid news judgment and organizational skills along with creativity and production expertise. Responsibilities include establishing a creative vision, collaborating with editors, producing and editing reporter-led videos, establishing best practices and ensuring content is released on time.
