Performance Strategist

Joining the Performance department as a Performance Strategist, you'll ensure Thrive operates at peak performance by establishing efficient processes, implementing best practices, and fostering growth within your team in both technical and strategic areas. Your mission will be to develop and execute project growth initiatives, lead a high-performing team, and uphold our company philosophy. You’ll focus on setting your team up for success by enhancing the systems used to build, maintain, and grow client relationships through continuous improvement of philosophies, programs, policies, and processes. Your role involves both high-level, strategic leadership and hands-on execution when required. You will lead teams in research, media planning and strategic roadmaps and lead strategic conversations with clients. You will lead team-level conversations and support initiatives that keep Thrive on the leading edge of performance marketing.
