Freelance Senior Employer Branding Specialist

We are seeking a Freelance Senior Employer Branding Specialist to help bring our culture and values to life by developing a differentiated Employee Value Proposition (EVP) and marketing content for internal and external audiences. Responsibilities include partnering with the Director of People to define our EVP, translating our EVP into compelling content for career pages, social media, and internal materials. Create or guide visual and written content for recruitment, DEI initiatives, and values communication. Deliver employer brand assets that can be used across platforms. The ideal candidate should have experience in employer branding, recruitment marketing, or internal communications, within the Technology or iGaming industry. Comfortable working with cross-functional teams.
