- Creative Collaboration & Trend Foresight: Work with Creative Directors to develop briefs and spot high-value creator partners.
- Campaign Strategy & Execution: Develop holistic influencer strategies, manage budgets, and track performance.
- Production & Producer Collaboration: Plan and execute creator shoots, serving as the influencer subject matter expert on set.
Qualifications:
- 5 to 7 years of experience in influencer marketing or creator strategy.
- Deep knowledge of TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and emerging platforms.
- Proven track record negotiating usage rights and performance-based contracts.
