Responsibilities:

• Map current-state processes, identify automation opportunities, and build end-to-end workflows to reduce manual work and improve consistency.
• Develop and deploy AI agents and automation tools, integrating AI into existing systems to enhance decision-making and execution.
• Connect tools, data sources, and workflows across the tech stack to ensure seamless data flow and enable real-time insights.

Qualifications:

• Hands-on experience building production workflows using automation platforms like Zapier, Make, or Workato.
• Practical experience applying AI and LLM tools to operational workflows, with at least one deployed example.
• Strong systems thinking and ability to connect processes, data, and tools into integrated solutions.
