About You:

Proven experience of operational leadership within criminal justice, health, substance misuse or related services
A strong track record of multi-agency partnership working and system navigation
Experience of leading teams and delivering complex programmes or projects

About the Role:

Lead the mobilisation, coordination and delivery of the IYC programme across the North West
Build and strengthen multi-agency partnerships with key stakeholders including HMPPS, probation, police, Project 180, local authorities and VCSE partners
Develop and embed effective referral pathways across custody, community and diversionary routes
