Overview:
- National Debt Relief is seeking a Data Engineer to build and operate the data platform supporting analytics and decision-making.
- Reporting to the Senior Data Engineering Manager, the role works across Snowflake-based ingestion, orchestration, and transformation.
Responsibilities:
- Own data engineering projects end to end, from defining scope through verified delivery.
- Develop Python-based ingestion pipelines and build dbt, Dagster, and Snowflake workflows.
- Use AI coding agents as a core part of daily work, taking responsibility for reviewing and verifying shipped code.
Qualifications:
- 4+ years of data engineering, analytics engineering, or warehouse development experience.
- Strong SQL and data modeling skills; working proficiency with dbt, Dagster, and Snowflake.
- Experience with Python, CI/CD, version control, and automated testing.
