Job Description
Our team ensures the reliability, availability, and scalability of solutions supporting one of Zenvia's most strategic products. We operate in an on-premise environment, applying Infrastructure as Code (IaC) and automation best practices to maintain robust and efficient operations.
Your challenges include: supporting project development, implementing improvements for availability and security, automating infrastructure provisioning, resolving incidents, working on database reliability, implementing best practices for backing services (Kubernetes, Kafka, MongoDB, Redis), and ensuring observability. You will get to collaborate on implementations, automate infrastructure, and participate in infrastructure planning.
