About the Opportunity:
- Support a Chichewa speech-to-text project for African languages.
- Work with existing audio; no recording.
- 2–3 month project, 20–30 hours weekly.
Deliverables:
- Tag PII and non-speech events.
- Review and correct auto transcripts.
- Perform transcription QC with feedback.
Qualifications:
- Native Chichewa with strong listening skills.
- Transcription or linguistic annotation experience.
- Linguistics or translation background ideal.
