CRM Content Team Lead

Medier is seeking a CRM Content Team Lead to drive the strategy, organization, and quality of all CRM content across our global markets. You’ll lead a team of writers and collaborate cross-functionally to deliver engaging, localized, and high-performing content for the casino vertical. Your mission: elevate our CRM content into a structured, data-informed, and scalable operation that consistently delivers brand-aligned messaging and strong conversion results. Key Responsibilities include establishing frameworks and templates to streamline content production, translation, and localization. Partner with Automation as well as regional and local teams to tailor CRM content for specific audiences. Oversee and review CRM content to ensure it meets tone, style, and quality expectations. Implement efficient review and approval processes to balance speed with quality. Manage and mentor a team of CRM content writers to deliver impactful, brand-consistent copy. Continuously refine team workflows to improve efficiency and communication.
