Forward Deployed Software Engineer

Working as a Forward Deployed Software Engineer at Pareto AI means partnering directly with labs to understand their challenges and develop targeted solutions while closely supporting them with their goals in AI research and development. Your key duties will include leveraging innovative thinking, problem-solving capabilities, and engineering expertise to address critical AI challenges for clients. You will also configure and present tailored product demonstrations to highlight platform features for potential clients, advise customers on LLM evaluation best practices, and provide strategic AI guidance. You should write code, construct specialized evaluation datasets, build custom web applications, and produce technical documentation to train customers on platform usage, author technical blog content and promote the product and organization through social platforms and industry gatherings. Partnering with interdisciplinary teams across delivery, product, engineering, and ML to influence product roadmap and achieve important business objectives is key.
