Supplier Development Specialist

The Supplier Development Specialist will partner with Product Engineering, Quality, and Procurement teams to align suppliers with design, material, and performance requirements for new product development (NPD). They will support sourcing initiatives, including supplier qualification, capability audits, and onboarding of new vendors, as well as track and improve supplier KPIs including cost, quality, delivery, and responsiveness. Furthermore, they will conduct cost analyses, identify savings opportunities, and support COGS reduction projects; manage prototype orders, samples, and pilot production builds with all suppliers; and collaborate cross-functionally to resolve supplier issues affecting production, quality, or schedule.
