About the Role:
- Matter Health is seeking a Director of Data Strategy & Engineering to lead enterprise data strategy, engineering, and analytics.
- Reporting to the CTO, this role designs and evolves the modern healthcare data ecosystem.
- Collaborate with Clinical, Operations, Finance, and Technology leadership to turn data into actionable insights.
What You'll Do:
- Lead vision for enterprise data strategy and long-term data roadmap.
- Oversee data architecture, engineering, governance, quality, and reporting.
- Develop and maintain enterprise data warehouses, pipelines, and integration solutions.
What We're Looking For:
- Significant experience leading enterprise data engineering or analytics organizations.
- Strong background in modern cloud-based data platforms and healthcare data systems.
- Proven ability to build partnerships with executive leadership and cross-functional teams.
