Job Description

Drive the creation and improvement of core gameplay and technical systems and tools tuned for feedback and player immersion. The role involves crafting technical systems that enable gameplay, creating fluid user interactions with feedback, and enabling team members by improving the creative pipeline as well as cross-disciplinary work and collaboration. An example week might be attending a design meeting, programming a camera feature, and improving the level editor’s toolset. Any interactive system applies—procedural animation, cloth simulation, player controls, AI creatures, NPC interactions.
