Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, hire, coach, and develop a team of data engineers and applied data scientists.
- Drive the architecture and delivery of scalable data pipelines and machine learning systems.
- Champion data quality, governance, and modern engineering practices.
Requirements:
- 5+ years in data engineering with 3+ years managing data engineering or data science teams.
- Strong hands-on experience with GCP, BigQuery, SQL, Python, and orchestration tools like Apache Airflow.
- Proven ability to communicate complex technical concepts and collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders.
Benefits:
- Competitive base salary of $170,000–$215,000 USD with equity and performance bonus.
