Nurse Practitioner – Addiction Medicine

Boulder Care is seeking experienced Nurse Practitioners with independent buprenorphine prescribing experience to work directly with patients in a structured, fully remote environment, supporting recovery in alignment with harm reduction principles. Full-time (30-40 hours/week) or part-time options available with fixed shifts ending at 6pm local time. Boulder Care offers structured onboarding, access to NP Supervisor during shifts, and collaboration with a multidisciplinary Care Team. Compensation includes salary $130k–$140k, advanced certification pay differentials, W2 employment with health, dental, and vision coverage, 4 weeks PTO, 9 paid holidays, 12 weeks fully paid parental leave, CME time & funds, licensing/waiver coverage, and mental health support via EAP and Talkspace.
