Own end-to-end experiences across Dreem Health (our digital sleep clinic) and Sunrise (our medical device ecosystem). Your focus is to turn real patient and clinician needs into clear flows, trustworthy interfaces, and measurable outcomes—on web and mobile, plus the internal tools our care team uses every day. Partner closely with PM, engineering, growth, brand, ops, and data to improve acquisition and retention, simplify complex clinical journeys, and make internal products self-explanatory. Prototype, test, ship, learn, and repeat in fast cycles. Beyond pixels, remove friction at scale—design systems, states, and content that help diverse users succeed the first time. Ship the simplest version that proves value, then iterate. Blend research, structure, and craft and be curious about how AI can responsibly boost clarity and speed. Be a user-centered designer.
