Job Description

Team Leadership & Management:
Manage the data engineering team through regular 1:1s.
Organize and lead two-week sprints.
Promote transparency and shared ownership.
Technical Strategy & Architecture:
Define and execute the long-term vision.
Establish and document workflows and data priorities.
Focus on scalability, performance, and reliability.
Hands-On Technical Ownership:
Take full ownership of our data stack.
Review PRs for code quality, performance, model structure.
Troubleshoot DAGs for data imports, scheduling, and pipeline reliability.
