Independent End Point Assessor- Facilities Services Operative

Role Overview:

• Deliver End Point Assessments (EPA) for Level 2 Facilities Services Operative standard.
• Assess apprentices using observation, professional discussion, and evidence review.
• Provide clear, accurate feedback and grading decisions.

Requirements:

• Recognised Assessor qualification (A1, CAVA, or equivalent) or willingness to work towards.
• Experience in Facilities management, Facilities Services, or related environments.
• Knowledge of maintenance, front of house/reception services, portering and logistics.
