Community Marketing Specialist

Join our Fitness and Wellbeing Vertical as a Community Marketing Specialist to make a real impact every day. Xplor Gym’s mission is to provide gyms with a single place to manage and grow their businesses efficiently with an easy-to-use platform that empowers gyms to keep members healthy for longer. Reporting to the Director of Marketing – Xplor Gym ANZ, you’ll help connect, grow, and celebrate our community of customers and partners. You will be responsible for supporting all Xplor Gym community initiatives, both in-person and virtual, across Australia and New Zealand. The role also covers creating, managing and cultivating current and potential client relationships, along with referral, retention, and partnership programs, shaping social strategy to showcase client successes and community moments.
