Job Description
The Manager of Workplace Services will be responsible for the strategic and day-to-day management of the firm’s facilities, office services, and workplace environment. This role is key in ensuring that our physical space reflects our brand, supports employee productivity, and meets regulatory and safety requirements. The ideal candidate will have strong facilities management expertise, excellent organizational skills, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Primary Responsibilities include overseeing maintenance, repair, and upkeep of office facilities. Reviewing and/or overseeing vendor services, managing vendor relationships, coordinating with Focus real estate and IT teams, ensuring all facilities meet health, safety, and accessibility standards. Developing and implementing workplace policies, overseeing reception, mail, and office supply management. Enhancing the workplace environment, preparing and managing the facilities budget, and overseeing facility-related aspects of business continuity and emergency preparedness planning.
