Junior Data Analyst

We are seeking a detail-oriented Junior Data Analyst to join our remote team and help build the data infrastructure that powers decision-making across our organization. You will work closely with client success, learner support, marketing, sales, enrollment, and operations teams to transform ad hoc reporting requests into automated, scalable data products that drive learner engagement and business growth. Essential Duties & Responsibilities include assisting with client custom reporting, working with the Marketing team, building data products for the Learner Support team, supporting report setup and maintenance, assisting in the setup and maintenance of automations, creating and maintaining automations and workflows, performing routine data cleaning and validation, supporting documentation of data sources, and exploring AI tools to boost productivity.
