Clinical Quality and Governance:

  • Develop and evolve a clinical governance framework including core policies, standards, and oversight structures.
  • Design quality monitoring programs such as escalation pathways, chart audits, and peer reviews.
  • Establish and track key clinical quality metrics for consistent reporting across markets.

Regulatory and Compliance Oversight:

  • Monitor and interpret telehealth regulations across markets, identifying risks and opportunities.
  • Guide compliance with regulations related to compounded medications and prescribing.
  • Partner with legal and compliance teams to assess and mitigate regulatory risk.

Operational Collaboration:

  • Work with operations and clinical leadership to monitor productivity, workflow efficiency, and quality outcomes.
  • Provide input into clinical workflow design to embed quality and compliance from the start.
  • Support incident review processes and cross-functional initiatives for scaling and new market entry.

Continuous Improvement and Reporting:

  • Develop dashboards and reporting structures to track quality, compliance, and performance.
  • Provide regular updates to leadership on quality trends, risks, and improvement initiatives.
  • Lead root cause analyses and corrective action planning to promote a culture of safety and accountability.
