Serve as a trusted technical advisor and strategic partner, delivering Itron’s meter-to-cash solutions across AMR and AMI technologies. This role is pivotal in building technical credibility, fostering customer trust, and driving solution adoption through collaboration, innovation, and customer-centric engagement. The TSE works closely with Enterprise Client Executives, Sales Specialists, Pre-Sales Engineers, and Professional Services to influence bookings and backlog growth by translating technical value into measurable business outcomes. Champion Itron’s AMI and metering products as the most advanced, lowest-risk, and highest-value solutions in the market. Build authentic, long-term relationships with technical stakeholders including meter shop engineers and operations teams. Partner with Sales Specialists to convert customer interest into accurate, factory-ready configurations. Lead and support the SpecForm process, ensuring technical precision and manufacturability.
