Job Description
Serve as a liaison between USAF and Navy CMA offices and the enterprise modernization team, ensuring stakeholder needs are clearly documented and addressed in functional designs. Conduct requirements-gathering sessions, interviews, and validation workshops to identify user needs, business processes, and data dependencies. Map current-state (As-Is) workflows and assist in designing future-state (To-Be) processes that improve accuracy, timeliness, and mission coordination. Develop and maintain requirements traceability documentation. Support the development and review of data models, interfaces, and integration points across joint Service systems supporting casualty and mortuary operations.
