CD PROJEKT RED is searching for an Expert Combat Designer to contribute to the combat experience of Project Sirius, an original video game blending The Witcher world with multiplayer gameplay. You will work with the Lead Combat Designer on all aspects, from proposing enemy and weapon types to fine-tuning damage scales. Responsibilities include working on key systems such as targeting, combat metrics, input queuing, player abilities and progression, aggro management, enemy behavior trees, and balancing. The role involves refining our approach to combat and foundational combat systems; pitching, prototyping, implementing, balancing, and shipping a variety of enemy types. You will tune the combat experience at the animation level, implement character combat behavior, and help balance combat-related systems while producing documentation.
