Program Manager

We're seeking a detail-oriented and meticulous communicator who wants to help Hometap realize our ambitious intentions, whether that be shifting our rapidly growing Investment Operations to a new technology platform or ensuring we are prepared to scale to a multi-product company. The candidate should have experience managing technical projects and be tactical by nature, maintain perspective strategic intentions. The position on the Biz Ops team, reports to the VP of Business Operations. The candidate will ensure internal and external meetings are thoughtfully planned, and to translate strategic business objectives into executable, cross-functional programs that drive measurable outcomes.
